چکیده
هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر رابطه صفات شخصیتی هگزاکو با عدم تعهد به اخلاق مدنی: بررسی نقش میانجیگرانه عاملیت انسانی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود که در سال تحصیلی1400-1401 انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده علوم پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مهاباد بود. از طریق قاعده کلاین۲۰۰نفر به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد صفات شخصیتی هگزاکو دی ورایز (2013)، پرسشنامه عدم تعهد به اخلاق مدنی کاپرارا و همکارن (2009) و پرسشنامه عاملیت انسانی کوته (1997) بود. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار AMOS نشان داد که عاملیت انسانی در رابطه بین صفات شخصیتی صداقت-تواضع، برونگرایی، خوشایندی و گشودگی به تجربه با عدم تعهد به اخلاق مدنی دارای نقش میانجی است اما عاملیت انسانی در رابطه بین صفات شخصیتی تهییج‌پذیری و وطیفه شناسی با عدم تعهد به اخلاق مدنی دارای نقش میانجی نبود. همچنین مشخص شد که بین صفات شخصیتی صداقت-تواضع، برونگرایی، خوشایندی، وظیفه شناسی و گشودگی به تجربه با عدم تعهد اخلاق مدنی رابطه منفی و معنی‌داری وجود دارد اما تهییج‌پذیری با عدم تعهد به اخلاق مدنی رابطه‌‌ای نشان نداد ، از سویی دیگر بین صفات شخصیتی صداقت-تواضع، برونگرایی، خوشایندی و گشودگی به تجربه با عاملیت انسانی رابطه مثبتی وجود داشت ، در حالیکه رابطه بین صفات شخصیتی تهییج‌پذیری و وطیفه شناسی با عاملیت انسانی رابطه معنی‌داری یافت نشد. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت با افزایش عاملیت انسانی رابطه صفات شخصیتی صداقت-تواضع، برونگرایی، خوشایندی و گشودگی به تجربه با عدم تعهد به اخلاق مدنی در دانشجویان کاهش می‌یابد.
