چکیده

چکیده
امروزه در تغییر و بهبود سازمان ها بیش از پیش بر نقش کارکنان تأکید میگردد زیرا کارکنان از نزدیک
با مسائل و مشکلات سازمان برخورد دارند. از جمله مهم ترین ابزارهایی که جهت نقشآفرینی کارکنان
و بهرهگیری از ایده ها و ابتکار عمل های آن ها استفاده میشود، نظام پیشنهادها است اما تمایل کارکنان
به ارائه پیشنهاد در این نظام جایگاه محوری دارد ولی متأسفانه تحقیقات کمتری راجع به تمایل کارکنان
به ارائه پیشنهاد و عوامل مؤثر بر آن انجام شده است. در این راستا تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از روش
تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و با توسعه تئوری رفتار برنامهریزی شده عوامل مؤثر بر تمایل کارکنان
به ارائه پیشنهاد را مورد بررسی قرار میدهد. نتایج تحقیق نشان م ی دهد خود هویتی و شخصیت
اثرگذار با تمایل کارکنان به ارائۀ پیشنهاد ارتباط معنیدار دارند ولی تأثیر خودهویتی بر تمایل کارکنان
بر ارائۀ پیشنهاد زیاد است.
