چکیده

چکیده
در این مقاله سعی شده است مدل جامعی جهت بررسی تأثیر قابلیتهای سازمانی و اقدامات مدیریت
دانش بر عملکرد دانشگاه ارائه شود. قابلیتهای سازمانی ، اقدامات مدیریت دانش و عملکرد سازمانی
به عنوان عناصر مشترک در مدلهای مختلف شناسایی شدند و امکان تعمیم و تفسیر هر عنصر به
تنهایی و ارتباط آنها در موضوع آموزش عالی از طریق تحلیل دادههای کیفی و کمی بررسی شد. جهت
جمعآوری دادههای کمی، از پرسشنامه محققساخته به عنوان ابزار تحقیق استفاده شد . نمونه ها از
اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکدههای فنی و مهندسی کل دانشگاههای دولتی ایران میباشند . روابط میان
متغیرها با به کارگیری مدلسازی معادله ساختاری انجام شد . نتایج حاکی از آن است که اقدامات
مدیریت دانش، متغیر میانی قابلیتهای سازمانی مدیریت دانش و عملکرد دانشگاهها است . این مدل
میتواند به درک مؤلفههای مدیریت دانش در دانشگاهها کمک کنند و راهنمای عملی، برای استقرار
موفق مدیریت دانش در بخش آموزش عالی ایران را فراهم آورد.
